It’s 2053 and the human soul has dwindled, as a surge of task-driven droids have dominated the world.
Opportunistic droid companies are rampant but none possess more data, and engineering horsepower than DHS Inc, an old media giant with the largest R&D droid lab on the planet. DHS Inc is a subsidiary of VDP Corp, a once multibillion-dollar robotics manufacturer who acquired them in the late 2020’s.
Meanwhile, a group of trippy-hackers have banded together with the goal to release an experimental line of ‘more human than human’ droids as a measure to bring balance to a hopeless generation. Looking for a financial partner, these hackers seek funding from established institutions with deep pockets.
DHS Inc takes an interest in the hacker’s vision, and sponsors the R&D to develop the ‘origin droid schematics’ to start the process of bringing these droids to life under the "droidheads" name.

We’ve reached our first milestone after successfully building a fully operable wellness droid and have developed schematics to scale production. We need sponsors to co-own this first building block towards their own completed droid in order to fund wave 2.
Wave 2 is the development and installation of Nexus 3.0, the software update to advance the droid’s positronic brain out of it’s catatonic state and into present day. As a co-owner, you will receive the artified droid-head schematic and future entitlements.
